Belleville Gypsy Swing is an acoustic Gypsy Swing band in the tradition of Manouche
created by Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli. Belleville's sound is a cross section of music from the Paris scene of the 1930's peppered with a selection of songs from the modern Gypsy Swing repertoire. Their energy on stage is infectious and their enthusiasm and enjoyment of raw musical pleasures shine through. Belleville Gypsy Swing is foot tapping, hand clapping cheering swing at its best.
Perth Swing Zing Dance School teach the Lindy Hop and other fun swing era dances, including Balboa. Swing dance is most commonly known as a group of dances that developed with the swing style of jazz music in the 1920s-1950s. The best known of these dances is the Lindy Hop, a popular partner dance that originated in Harlem in 1927 and is still danced today. The passionate and enthusiastic Swing Zing dancers will introduce the audience to the fun world of swing!

Village Vibes is led by South African born percussionist and marimba player Alastair Van
Schoor. The infectious rhythms of Village Vibes are guaranteed to get your hips swaying and your heart soaring. The ensemble combines pulsating drums, high-energy dance and astonishing harmonising with the incredible sounds of Southern African marimba. This band will be sure to have you smiling for the rest of your day!
Afrotonic Dance Troupe invite you to enter our world where your wild spirit can soar and your body can feel the joy and high energy that comes from moving freely to the powerful and vibrant tribal rhythms of African music. Afrotonic teaches dance moves that connect and bring us together despite our differences. African dance refers mainly to the dance of Sub-Saharan Africa. Dances teach social awareness and are integral to community life.

Trio Alegra play an ethnic whirlwind of music from along the gypsy trail and beyond, with an
eclectic mix of Latin, French, Italian, Russian, eastern European and gypsy influences. For Mandurah's Hot Shore Shuffle Trio Alegra will perform a wide range of tangos, bringing their own feel and interpretation to the dance. The eastern European and Latino influenced tunes will have you up and dancing at your seats.
Champagne Tango, Perth premier tango dance school will host classes for Mandurah's Hot Shore Shuffle Tango event. The Tango consists of a variety of styles that first developed in Argentina but moved to other locations around the world. It is mostly danced in either open embrace, where lead and follow have space between their bodies, or close embrace, where the lead and follow connect either chest-to-chest (Argentine tango) or in the upper thigh, hip area (American and International tango). 1

Flamenco Puro presents the spirit and the passion of dance. Flamenco has its roots in
Indian, Arabic, Spanish cultures, the dance is recognised by distinctive clapping, percussive footwork, and intricate hand, arm and body movements. Flamenco Puro are a joy to watch and spend a great deal of time perfecting their complex dances. Their high energy programme feature the stirring sounds of guitar and song, infectious rhythms and the dynamism of Flamenco dance.

Latin Fusion's musical style has an authentic Latin feel, providing dancers with sensual and
fiery rhythms. The band draws from the best of Cuban rhythms, such as rumba, Guaguanco, Salsa, and Latin beats. Formed in 2002 Latin Fusion has a distinctive sound, with energetic tunes and seeped in Cuban influence. Latin Fusion communicated through music as a way of overcoming language and cultural barriers.
Ritmo Caliente Dance Academy is led by exceptional dancer and teacher Liliana Sputore. Salsa is a syncretic dance form with origins from the Cuban Son and the Afro-Cuban rumba. Lilana's personal dancing style is closely connected to her understanding of Latin rhythms in salsa. This is a result of her long-term training and work in interpreting this complex type of music and is also due to her exposure to this dance and music from an early age in her country of origin - Argentina.
