Ziggy Bey Jan The Ziggy Bey Jan group is a high energy Afro/Jazz dance band. The group plays a fusion of African, Salsa and other Latin rhythms with elements of reggae funk, rap and jazz. The African influence is primarily from the Groovy M'balah rhythms, which are contemporary rhythms unique to Senegal. Zig Mabaye Diagne, winner of 2001 Wami award for best world music song brings all his musical experience from Senegal, West Africa and combines his talents with some of WA's best musicians.
