I Cellisti I Cellisti was formed in mid 1994 by four cellists from the West Australian Symphony Orchestra. I Cellisti is one of the few regular cello quartets in the world and has graced the KULCHA venue on numerous sell out occasions since 1994. I Cellisti performances always include a varied repertoire, sprinkled with a dash of humour, ranging from Rakov’s Quartet No.1, one of the few full-length works specifically written for cello quartet, to Pachelbel’s Kanon and jazzy compositions from New York.
