DESERT CHILD
Make your way along to a night of guitar-driven, gut wrenching, harmonically marginalised music. Desert Child (Guy Ghouse and Damian Watkiss) perform acoustic instrumental music fusing as many styles as they can get their hands on - and fingers around - in a manner that has been described as musical Karma Sutra. Along with blues/roots/folk slider Andrew Winton, this could be the brewing of what may be one of the most stellar guitar-based collaborations to emerge from WA.

THE BARONS OF TANG
Making their triumphant return to WA and bringing with them some new tunes, some new socks and a new CD! Having spent the past two years on the road living by the golden rules, 'don't feed the animals' and 'don't drink the water', The Barons have acquired a special kind of slanted view on life, and it's this slanted view that is the inspiration for their genre mashing melodies. It's a sure thing that if you haven't heard The Barons, you haven't heard anything like this before - beautifully demented gypsy-come-punk-jazz for the whole family
