KULCHA dedicates its Global Rhythms event at the Quarry Amphitheatre to
Alan Corbet.
Having worked on a number of successful collaborations with Jazz WA in the past, KULCHA has been fortunate to experience the fruits of Alan's inspiring work.
We are saddened to hear of Alan's passing and offer sincere condolences to Alan's family.
The inaugural Global Rhythms show at the Quarry Amphitheatre is being directed by Paul Tanner, and features local talents performing contemporary Indian and jazz fusion, West African beats and Latin Rhythms.
We are proud to dedicate this evening to Alan Corbet and to remember and recognise his commitment to Western Australian music.
