Photographing the movement of people from the world's longest running civil war to the refugee camp in Kenya and then to the safety and protection of Melbourne, Australia, these photojournalists have compiled over 100 images that show the strength and resilience of the human spirit.

Money raised from this exhibition will be equally split between the Bursary Program of the Sudanese Australian Integrated Learning Program and the Cultural Preservation Project of the Sudanese Online Research Association

    Feature: Live and Become

Live and Become tells the story of a young Christian Ethiopian boy who is passed off as an African Jew to escape his ravaged country. Once in Israel, he is adopted by a Jewish family and renamed Schlomo. Winner of 6 international awards, this is an emotionally searing film about culture, identity and belonging as Schlomo battles as a Christian pretending to be a Jew, an orphan with two mothers and an African living in Western culture.
