Ishar Multicultural Centre in collaboration with the Living Dance Institute presents an evocative dance drama. This community dance project depicts the tragedy, hope and courage of four refugee women's stories. Performed by a dynamic mix of migrant women, using exotic multi-cultural dance forms these talented dancers depict the emotion, turmoil, and courage at the heart of refugee issues. Community event fundraiser.

Join Reni, George and Ann from Zhiva Voda in a workshop exploring music from this rich Bulgarian folk tradition. These performers and choir leaders will take you on a journey of introduction to the distinctive musical characteristics of different regions and some of the instruments that are played. The workshop includes learning several songs and Bulgarian dance.
