BUENOS AIRES NIGHTS
Be mesmerized by seductive rhythms and melodies. Cuarteto Farol is a 4 piece band who perform traditional Argentinian Tangoes, Milongas and Waltzes. The band consists of the unique bandoneon sound of Se§or Herrera who studied under internationally renowned maestro Orlando Dibello, Leon Pratt on double bass, Jeffrey Harrold on guitar and Miranda Wageman on violin.
The evening will be complemented by the dancing talents of the dancing talents of Juan Rando, Amanda Metcalfe, Barry Arnold and Ann Harkins of The Tango Salon in Subiaco. So bring your loved one and savour the enticing art of Argentinian tango.

FESTIVE CELEBRATIONS
Celebrate the holiday season with the KULCHA Community Development Sub Committee in an evening of music, dance & food. Sing along to Multicultural Christmas Carols with community groups and travel the world with Peta Lithgo and World Music group Malaika from Africa to Russia, Papua New Guines to Scotland with a repertoire that includes songs in over 10 languages and dialects.
Also performing are Last Five Coins who play with passion and fire traditional dance music from the villages and cafes of Europe.
This evening is a wonderful start to December Festive Celebrations.

AFRICAN DANCE PARTY
New Years Eve Celebration*
Shake it up African style on New Years Eve with two of WA's most prominent rhythm bands, the Ziggy Bey Jan group and Ngewell Kora, joined by high spirited African dancers.
The Ziggy Bey Jan group brings the irresistible rhythms of Senegal, West Africa combined with modern funk and fusion to set audiences singing and dancing along with the unstoppable Ziggy Bey Jan, singer and percussionist extraordinaire from Senegal, who has played and toured internationally for 10 years in the Baaba Maal band as a drummer, dancer and choreographer before settling in Perth.
Ngewell Kora Group focuses it's music on traditional Senegalese and West African rhythm and song using a range of traditional instruments including the hauntingly beautiful sounds of the Kora (a 21 string harp). Combined with great rhythms, and soaring melodies and harmonies, the experience of this music will touch your soul, and get your feet moving!
Make this a night to remember with pulsating rhythms, souring melodies and funky beats. African food available on the balcony+.
